bedrooms were really nice, clean and cozy to sleep

I dont know the other appartments, but in the appartment what we had the kitchen/shower/toilet was not separated. I mean, I have seen shower and toilet in one room, but the kitchen? There should be at least a wall with a door separating those areas.

Tram Station 2,9,44 within 5 min Walk. Supermarkets (Estan, Lidl), eateries also very close. Big room (Patio studio) with entryway, kitchenette, Couch. Price was low (under €50)

Mold on the wall next to the toilet. Shower was colder than any hotels or apartments we've ever stayed in. Room was also cold in the night - during the day it's not very noticeable since sunlight (big windows) and in movements. No TV. Cleaning lady came 3 times knocking on the door, because of booking problems? I showed her the confirmation email with room name, date and payment confirmation. But again: normally one doesn't get such a big room with kitchenette for €44. As to the cold bed, we just warmed it (and our feet) with the hair dryer for 1-2 min

My room was spacious and eqipped with kitchen. Comfortable bed.

There was no hot water, really. It was just lukewarm water, and even that didn't even last long. I don't recommend this place in the winter time.

When we arrived the beds were not ready yet, but the owner apollogized and dealt with it quickly. The biggest problem was cold, there was no heating but at least we were provided extra blankets. Also its very dim, even with all lights on.

Great location ans price, but would need some upgrading

The location is right next to the Ottakringer brewery and it was perfect for visiting a concert there. The price is alse very low at such a location for a double room. The shared kitchen is well equiped and was one of the highlights of our whole stay.

The apartment has seen better days. Some things would need to be repaired so expect some things like door handles, cabinets or wall paint to be in less than ideal state. We also didn't see any heating or cooling system in the room which wasn't a problem as the beginning of a warm November, but could be if the weather is either really cold or really hot. Some other guest also had trouble getting into their rooms with the codes that were sent to them (we didn't have any issues).

Had to message the host for the wifi password. room was very cold with no extra blankets or heating. No air flow except the open windows so everything stayed damp the whole trip. No drying rack or basic kitchen items.

Easy peasy trip

Big room, easy self check in. Very equipped kitchen: microwave, pots, pans, corkscrew. Far from the center, but many cafes, supermarket and several bus stops nearby. Instructions for the check in were accurate.

We stayed in a room on the ground floor, so it was quite noisy as you could hear everything from the street. No bathroom set available (no shower gel, shampoo). Appreciated the towels tho. I would have liked a nightstand with a lamp. Not very close to the center, but there are several bus stops nearby, center is about 15 mins by bus. Even if many things could be improved, Alina's is a good choice and worth it for its price.

Apartment with private bathroom and kitchen

I stayed 2 nights at Alina's. The ground floor apartment with bathroom and kitchen inside is convenient. You can search location from Google accurately. Land lord is nice. There is deposited luggage corner. There is self check in. There is e-mail about how to self check in. You must read immediately. Near tram stop.

The building is rather far from city centre. But in own area, it is convenient.

Ground floor apartment with bathroom and kitchen inside.

The big room in the ground floor with protective windows, just press a remote. I have a big luggage so I do not take steps. There is bathroom, sofa, and kitchen inside bedroom. In kitchen has microwave, dishes, stoven, refridge, and sink that there is hot and cold water. The bathroom has hooks, hot and cold water sink and shower. Using hot water you must a few seconds waiting. E-mail from Alina's is clear for self check in. You must read immediately e-mail. Location in Google is accurate (4 Nattergasse) There is Ottakringer brewery in 200 meters and the plant has small beer fest at 6 p.m. with advanced registration (check information again). And there is good price beer and wine shop in 400 meters. There are more than 3 tram lines stop (johann-nepomuk-berger platz) near the building, such as tram no. 44(schottontor U), no. 2(dornbach), no. 9). Just 5 steps to tram stop. You can deposit luggage.

Location is rather far from city centre so I paid 24 hr ticket for convenient transportation. But the apartment is in own living area. There are restaurant, cosmetic shop, and etc. There is no soap, shampoo and foot towel. Taking your own towel is for familier smell from washing detergent.

The place is ok but misleadingly advertised

It's ok for the affordable price you pay, comfortable enough, etc.

I complained to Booking.com and got a partial reimbursement because the place is misleadingly advertised. Booking says it has a private kitchen (not true), and also that it is 'apartment' (actually, an 'entire apartment'), which it's not. It's a shame because I actually liked the accommodation, considering the affordable price you pay, but it bothers me whenever people use misleading descriptions in order to lure in more customers, so I felt I had to report it.

The bed was comfortable and the location is relatively quiet.

The shower had luke warm water at the hottest. When I asked for help, I was given useless advice. The room was kinda hot. I had to help many confused guests that didn't know how to get into their rooms.

For the price, it was really nice, but it is only one room, without door even to the bathroom. But enough equipment and size for one or two nigts. Near tram which is in the city centre in ca. 10min.

The door of the room did not lock from outside. Therefore, our room was open and anyone from the other appartements could get inside. But the doors from street were locked.
